Expressive Painting

Have you ever had the chance to watch an artist while they are painting?  Many artist sit upright and work using only their hands while their bodies remain motionless.  Some artist stand and use their hands & arms in long sweeping strokes.

I like to be in motion while splashing and flooding the paper with paint. I feel the colors & see the movement of shapes as I paint.  I let the paint spill and cascade down the paper.

Lifting the art up and watching the colors as they roll down the paper creates graceful configurations and patterns.

I dance with my paintings allowing the water & paints to run & mingle as they merge & pool together.

This translates into an expressive painting full of mysterious designs and a unique variety of shapes.

Fill your studio with the sound of music, turn up the volume and dance with your painting to see what you create.

Most of all have lots of fun.
